A person who makes a purchase through the yesido.com.tr website.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase of electronic products and accessories by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, yesido.com.tr.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type of products, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information consist of the information provided to the BUYER at the time of ordering and constitute an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Orders are prepared as soon as possible, depending on stock availability, and delivered to the BUYER via DHL, Yurtiçi Kargo, Hepsijet, or Sürat Kargo.
Delivery time cannot exceed the legal period of 30 days.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment is only accepted via credit card and similar online payment methods.
Bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options are not available.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
The right to withdraw from a contract must be notified in writing or via email.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURN
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT
In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, while Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in cases exceeding these limits.
